Been a long time since I blogged and rolled

Hey all,
I'm not dead I swear. See? I'm typing so I'm not dead. It's been a busy summer. I have a new job, well I have a job after being happily unemployed for 7 months. Things are good.

I saw you last night in the parking lot, looking as dashing as ever, so I know you're not dead.

Never know that from your blog entry, tho...

So....... you were busy when you didn't have a job, but now that you have a new job, you've got plenty of time to goof around and post to your blog.

I'm sure your boss will be thrilled to read this.

(Welcome back!)

CONGRATULATIONS, Mr. Ace!!! No, I mean congratulations on the new post. That's cool about the new job, too, 'though.

(You're sure you're not dead? This could be ghostwritten...Har.)

Wow, did Lois nail you, or what?!?!

Actually, I didn't think you were dead. I figured you were either 1) really busy or 2) the only person on this planet who's lazier than I am.

Where and when did you learn about the Amazing Royal Crowns, btw? I saw them at the Continental in NYC back in the late 1990s, the same place I met Dee Dee Ramone, Marky Ramone, (almost) Joey Ramone, and Walter Lure of the Heartbreakers!

Sparks, always a please and thanks for the congrats. I'll try harder.

Ranty, In 1993 in college. I saw them play at Ralph's in Worcester. I don't recommend going to Ralph's or Worcester though. Where do you live again? :D

1993? Wow, that's early! The CD I have is dated 1997, so I didn't get it until somewhere between 1997-99.

I live about 20 minutes from Worcester, and I'm not going to defend it, or Ralph's! I've been to Ralph's once, in 1983 or so. I went there to see another rockabilly band, coincidentally... a local group called the Preston-Porter Band.
